Students obtain a solid foundation in both basic cooking and baking skills, through related lecture and hands on practical applications in the culinary labs. Students learn about sanitation, safety, and could earn two industry recognized industry credentials as well as participate in a 40-hour Pre-Apprenticeship experience in a food service establishment.

Please enter the campus via the State Route 58 entrance and park in the front visitor parking lot. Enter the building through the main entrance (Door #1) and check in at the Adult Career Center office.
Important Directions Tip:
For the most accurate directions, we recommend using the address of the nearby Pizza Hut:
14920 State Route 58, Oberlin, OH (located at the corner of Route 58 and Route 20).
If approaching from the north, turn left after the traffic light into the school driveway.
If coming from the south, the driveway will be just before the traffic light on the right.
Please do not use the school's address in Google Maps, as it may route you to a back entrance that is gated and inaccessible.
